You can trust us to help you with all your manufacturing problems We will work closely with you to find the best solution for your problems. Our goal is to make sure problems don't hinder you from moving forward and growing your watch business. We want you to succeed! It's that simple!

Reason #3: We dare to say NO.

Some watch manufacturers are afraid to say NO to changes that their customer requests for fear of upsetting them or losing future orders. Instead of upsetting the customer, they would unguestionably say YES to any changes that the customer requests. They believe this is the way to please their customer and create a better experience for them. We do not believe in such a practice. In fact, a simple YEs could lead to production schedule getting mixed up, project delays, or costs being increased, especially if everything is confirmed, tasks are delegated to the supply chain and/or all production setups are done or in progress. This in turn could lead to a number of chain reactions and frustrations for both parties involved, often leading to a number of subsequent changes in terms of design or technicality across the supply chain. it may eventually end up costing more in terms of the overall project cost and delivery time than the original plan. Therefore, depending on the type of requests, we dare to say NO when necessary. As a manufacturer, we have an obligation to meet the delivery deadlines of each project we undertake and keep customers on budget and specifications once they are approved and agreed upon. Unless the customer can accept the adverse impact of the requested changes on the project, we normally would say NO and we have reasons why. We understand that you as a customer want a "perfect" masterpiece, but sometimes frequent changes (especially last-minute) could mean increased costs and disrupted processes an workflow. Although we will try our best to accommodate your change requests as painlessly as possible, please remember that there may be a few compromises that are unavoidable in order to accommodate them. The compromises could include delays in project completion, an increase in the overall cost, or a change in the case structure/dimensions that need to be reflected in response to your changes. Total case thickness is an example. As such, our NO is for the good ofthe project and the customer, and all requests for last-minute changes are generally discouraged or managed on an individual case-to-case basis.
